It makes it look like there is something broken, and it's just plain distracting (and not in a positive way). Also, the thumbnails should be more uniform in size to lend consistency and make it easier for people to perceive. Right now, some items are very small and others fill the frame. In addition, maybe consider adding a pale gray background and white dividers so it's easier for people to quickly discern that one item is separate from another. Good luck!
